Under the Umbrella Cafe and Bakery, LLC

Under the Umbrella is located in the heart of the Congress Park Neighborhood.  We specialize in fresh baked goods such as cinnamon rolls, lemon bars, cakes, pies, muffins and cookies.  We have a full menu of breakfast sandwiches and burritos, sandwiches (hot and cold), soup, salads, hummus plate, and quiche.  Daily specials include lasagna, chicken parmesan sandwiches, grilled turkey and pesto, italian veggie and sausage sandwiches, or whatever delicious creation the staff has dreamed up.  Everything is prepared in house to guarantee freshness.  We have free WI-FI available.  We serve Pablo's Coffee, a local roaster in the Denver area.  We offer catering, large order delivery, and special orders are accepted.
