I opted for a hand massage w/ Cierra -and it was so relaxing and a great way to end the day. I stayed to drink some tea, browse some of the books, and meditate for about 15 minutes This is a great space and it's such a gift to have a serene setting provided for anyone to drop-in and meditate (for free!). Their class offerings seem interesting, too. Definitely check this place out if you want to relax or enhance your mindfulness practice.
