Here''s what I loved about this place: intimate experience, fresh decor (including real potted orchids), friendly and attentive staff, interesting menu, fun presentation, well-sized portions, delicious-looking dessert case, great music soundtrack (that wasn''t too loud). I had the baked macaroni and cheese and melted chocolate cake. The menu is comprised of simple, straight-forward dishes with their own unique flair. It seems as though the chef truly loves good food and is willing to stick to the basics as long as it''s extraordinarily delicious.
And here''s what I didn''t like about the place: it''s small, seating is very limited and somewhat cramped. The mirrors in the bathroom are mounted much too high, so I couldn''t check to make sure there wasn''t salad in my teeth.
I will definitely return to this place, and it is a good experience whether you want a fun dinner or awesome late night dessert and coffee.
